About Us
jonra enterprises is a truly modern company, based in the Memphis, Tennessee area, with the ability to adapt to any size project. Every team member is a proven professional with specific skills that can be applied to a variety of projects.
The founder of jonra enterprises is John Allen. John has an eclectic background that includes twenty years of programming and computer networking experience. His web experience began in 1994 during the infancy of the World Wide Web. Very few individuals can match the breadth of web related knowledge that John has acquired in the last 14 years. His background includes - graphic design, page layout, programming, computer networking, usability studies, a stint as an Information Architect, work on projects ranging from Fortune 100 intranets and e-commerce sites to single-employee business sites.
At jonra, we are firm believers in the value of Internet technology. Because of its nature, the 'Net erases geographical barriers, thus allowing global collaboration. This central fact is the basis of our business model.
Web development teams require the skills of a variety of skilled professionals - Information architects, graphic designers, interface developers, computer programmers, technical writers, project managers, user advocates, and security and server engineers. Few companies can afford to bring this level of talent to smaller projects. An additional handicap is the limited number of available personnel in their area. Not so at jonra, where the main principle brings all of these talents to the project.
If you have a larger project requiring several team members John will act as project manager and main overseer for the project. Smaller projects receive as much service and attention to detail as the largest project, even though they are priced to fit the budget of even the smallest business.
The largest projects are built using a project team selected from a dynamic pool of talent. Each project team interacts through video-conferencing, email, online project management services, voice-over-IP (VOIP), discussion groups, central file management, and other modern techniques. This gives us the flexibility to adapt to any project.
